i know it sounds stupid, but on every image of the atomium there is a copyright

Thnaks for your reply. However, copyright law in the UK doesn’t recognise the right of the owner of an artefact to claim copyright over any images of that artefact, only the right of the image maker (in this case, the photographer). So the copyright claim from http://www.atomium.be would not apply in the UK.

So can I have your permission to use this image within the UK in a Powerpoint template? It’s for a non-profit group with special interest in the nuclear industry.
